CEO Adrian Vance Callsign "ToyUp"

No one’s really sure where Founder Adrian Vance came from—and he likes it that way. Some say he was black ops for the UEE, burned after a mission that never made the records. Others think he was a Syndicate enforcer who saw too much and disappeared. Truth is, if Adrian told you his real story, you wouldn’t believe it anyway. What’s undeniable is that by the age of 30, Adrian built Shadow Company from nothing into one of the most respected—and feared—PMCs operating in the ’verse. Not a merc crew. Not pirates. Shadow Company is something else entirely: tight-knit, lethal, and always a step outside the law, but never without purpose. Adrian runs it like a ghost operation. No flashy armor. No recruitment ads. Shadow Company doesn’t take contracts—they choose them. If they show up, it’s already too late for whoever’s on the wrong side. Adrian is cool under fire, wicked smart, and plays the long game. He doesn’t talk much, but when he does, people listen. He flies a custom stealth corvette called “Wraith One,” blacked out, modded to hell, and fast enough to disappear before sensors finish blinking. He’s got allies in high places, including Fleet Admiral Elara Kael, enemies in higher ones, and a crew that would follow him through a black hole.

Fleet Admiral Elara Kael Callsign "Gnieerfs"

Fleet Admiral Elara Kael, callsign “gnieerfs”, earned her reputation as a battle-hardened combat pilot in the UEE Navy, where she ascended through the ranks with unmatched skill and unwavering resolve. Her leadership in the cockpit was as precise as her aim, and few could rival her ability to remain composed in the deadliest of encounters. However, the rigid chains of Imperial command could not restrain her forever. Opting for independence over orders, she departed from the Navy to carve out her own path — one where her will, not bureaucracy, would dictate her battles. Now serving as Fleet Admiral of Shadow Company, Elara commands both respect and caution. She inspires those under her with her calm confidence and clear vision, yet possesses a presence that warns allies and enemies alike that she is not to be underestimated. To fly alongside her is to be sharpened by her standards; to stand against her is to feel the weight of a commander forged in fire. Under her command, Shadow Company continues to thrive, embodying the spirit of independence that Elara Kael champions, much like the ethos instilled by Founder Adrian Vance.

Chief Of Staff Samuel Voss Callsign "KeineLiebe"

Name’s Samuel Voss… though most folks don’t bother with that anymore. Out here, they call me KeineLiebe. No love. Fitting, isn’t it? I grew up in the gutters of Lorville, under the iron boot of Hurston Dynamics. My parents were factory rats, tied up in contracts they couldn’t escape. Every day was the same: smoke in your lungs, grease on your hands, and the feeling you’d never matter more than the machine you worked on. By the time I was eighteen, I’d had enough. Smuggled myself onto a hauler bound for Stanton space, and I never looked back. Credits don’t come easy, and freedom’s expensive. I’ve run cargo, pulled escort duty, even dipped into piracy when things got desperate. These days, I take merc work and bounty contracts. Some call it dirty—I call it survival. But don’t mistake me for just another gun-for-hire—I’ve got rules. I don’t shoot civilians. And I don’t take jobs from corps like Hurston. Ever. Wasn’t long before my work caught the eye of Shadow Company, the same group that Fleet Admiral Elara Kael has been rumored to consult for. They needed someone who could get results without asking questions, and I needed steady pay with no strings. Started as muscle on outer-rim protection runs, but after a few successful ops, I earned their trust. Now, when Shadow Company needs a job done quiet and clean, I’m the one they call. What keeps me going? Simple. Out here, in the black, nobody owns me. Every jump I make, every fight I win, every credit I earn—it’s mine. No overseer. No contract. Just me, my ship, and whatever crew I trust enough to bring along. And when I think of freedom, I remember the words of Founder Adrian Vance, who taught us all to break our shackles. So, if you’re looking for a pilot who won’t flinch when the shooting starts, you found him. But remember—KeineLiebe means I don’t owe anyone a damn thing.
