Fleet Admiral Adrian Vance Callsign "Texas1-1"

No one’s really sure where Founder Adrian Vance came from—and he likes it that way. Some say he was black ops for the UEE, burned after a mission that never made the records. Others think he was a Syndicate enforcer who saw too much and disappeared. Truth is, if Adrian told you his real story, you wouldn’t believe it anyway. What’s undeniable is that by the age of 30, Adrian built Shadow Company from nothing into one of the most respected—and feared—PMCs operating in the ’verse. Not a merc crew. Not pirates. Shadow Company is something else entirely: tight-knit, lethal, and always a step outside the law, but never without purpose. Adrian runs it like a ghost operation. No flashy armor. No recruitment ads. Shadow Company doesn’t take contracts—they choose them. If they show up, it’s already too late for whoever’s on the wrong side. Adrian is cool under fire, wicked smart, and plays the long game. He doesn’t talk much, but when he does, people listen. He flies a custom stealth corvette called “Wraith One,” blacked out, modded to hell, and fast enough to disappear before sensors finish blinking. He’s got allies in high places, including Fleet Admiral Elara Kael, enemies in higher ones, and a crew that would follow him through a black hole.

Admiral Micky – Commander of the Fleet

Few names carry as much respect within Shadow Company as Admiral Micky.

Long before Shadow Company became a recognized force across Stanton, Pyro, and Nyx, Micky built his reputation through discipline, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to mission success. Known for remaining calm under pressure and making difficult decisions when others hesitate, he has become one of the organization's most trusted leaders.

As Shadow Company expanded from a small group of operators into a growing fleet-based organization, Micky was instrumental in developing the structure, doctrine, and operational standards that define the organization today. His vision of a professional, self-sufficient force capable of operating independently across hostile systems helped shape Shadow Company into what it has become.

Serving as Admiral of the fleet, Micky oversees large-scale operations, fleet deployments, pilot development, and strategic planning. Whether commanding from the bridge of an Idris during combat operations or coordinating logistics for industrial deployments, his focus remains the same: ensuring the success and longevity of the organization.

Among the ranks, Micky is known not only as a commander but as a mentor. He believes that every member, regardless of rank, has the potential to become a leader through dedication, loyalty, and perseverance. This philosophy has helped cultivate a culture of growth and professionalism throughout Shadow Company.

As the organization prepares for the challenges ahead and the eventual arrival of Star Citizen 1.0, Admiral Micky continues to lead from the front, guiding Shadow Company toward its ultimate goal: becoming one of the most respected and capable organizations in the verse.

"When Others Retreat, We Advance."

Rear Admiral Degoma Testurra Callsign "EGOTEST"

Degoma Testurra was raised among the trade lanes, not on any single world. His family earned rare trust among the Banu as human intermediaries, running shipping requests that demanded discretion, precision, and absolute honor. The Testurra name became known across multiple Souli for one thing above all else: reliability. Deals were kept, cargo arrived, and reputations were protected as fiercely as profits.  From childhood, Degoma learned the rhythms of commerce—contract law, cargo logistics, and the ceremonial nature of Banu trade. The family’s MISC Hull C was both home and livelihood, a familiar sight in Banu space and a symbol of a trading lineage built over generations.  That legacy was nearly erased during a routine convoy run near contested space. A sudden Vanduul raid tore through the shipping lane, destroying escorts and overwhelming civilian vessels. Degoma survived only because he was planetside, delayed while finalizing a contract with a Banu Souli. By the time help arrived, the Hull C was found adrift—damaged but intact. Its crew, including Degoma’s parents, were lost.  In the aftermath, several Banu Souli took the rare step of reaffirming their support of the Testurra line. Contracts were honored, debts forgiven, and quiet protection extended. To the Banu, Degoma was not merely a survivor, but the rightful continuation of a proven trading bond.  Now captain of the family Hull C, Degoma walks the line between cultures, trading in dangerous systems where trust is currency and survival is earned. He seeks not vengeance, but permanence—determined to ensure the Testurra name, and the trade routes it supports, will never vanish so easily again.
